This item is available for shipping within Maine only or for local pickup by arrangement. Due to the perishable nature of this product and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer shipping outside the state at this time.

Pickup options are available locally at the Steep Falls Farmers Market Saturadays (May–October) (2 Main St #131, Steep Falls, ME 04085) or we can ship directly to your home address. We may contact you to coordinate everything once your order is placed.

Food Return Policy

At Kairos Homestead, we create fresh, handmade food items using local ingredients, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped or picked up.

However, if you experience any issues with your order (e.g., damage during shipping or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or store credit as needed.

Pickup Policy

For local pickup orders, if you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange an alternative time. We want to ensure you receive your fresh products at their best quality, and we'll work with you to accommodate any changes.
