Custom Cake Orders
All cakes are made to order using fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. Each cake is custom-crafted to your specifications, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom cake orders. Bring us your ideas or inspiration, and we’ll create a cake perfect for your celebration!Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all custom cake orders over $100 to secure your order date. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon pick-up or delivery.Order Changes
Changes to flavor, design, or size must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. After that time, changes may not be possible.Dietary Requests
Dairy-free, gluten-free, and other dietary modifications are available with advance notice. Please discuss these options when placing your order.
