Custom Cupcake Orders
All cupcakes are made to order using fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. Each batch is handcrafted to your specifications and baked fresh for your event. Because every order is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all custom cupcake orders over $50 to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at pick-up or delivery.Order Changes
Any changes to flavor, quantity, or design must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery. After this time, adjustments may not be possible.Dietary Requests
We offer dairy-free and gluten-free options with advance notice. Please discuss any dietary needs at the time of ordering so we can accommodate your request.
