At Kairos Homestead, we create fresh, handmade food items using local ingredients, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped or picked up.

However, if you experience any issues with your order (e.g., damage during shipping or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or store credit as needed.

For local pickup orders, if you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange an alternative time.
