Bright, buttery, and made by hand—our Seasonal Fruit Tart features a tender, golden crust and a vibrant filling made with fresh local Maine produce and select seasonal fruits.

Each tart is built on a foundation of simple, time-honored ingredients: real butter, unbleached flour, and a touch of sugar and salt. We pair this flaky base with juicy fruits at their peak, gently sweetened and accented with citrus zest and a warm hint of cinnamon.

Available in:

• Mixed Berry – a bold blend of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry

• Strawberry Rhubarb – a timeless pairing of sweet and tart, brightened with citrus

• Blueberry – packed with juicy blueberries and a kiss of lemon

• Lemon – bright, tangy citrus with a buttery finish

• Raspberry – tart and lively with a touch of orange

• Apple – spiced just right with cinnamon and citrus

• Orange – sweet and zesty with a sunny citrus glaze

• Cherry Almond– rich and juicy with deep fruit flavor and a touch of almond

• Peach – fragrant with subtle citrus and warm spice undertones

Best served fresh—warmed or chilled.
